At Starr Innovations, care begins with intention. The name STARR stands for Start Taking Action, Renew & Restore — a reminder that every act of service, including dementia assistance, has the power to bring comfort, dignity, and new strength into someone’s life. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that caregiving is both a calling and a reflection of character.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with a background in Medical Assisting and Medical Coding & Billing, I bring both clinical skill and a reliable, dignified presence into every home where I provide personal care assistance.
